What a positive experience during recent renovation project. The sales and installation were done in a timely, accurate, attentive way. I was impressed with the personalized attention I received from an evening call from telemarketers; the sales rep, Dan, that provided the quote; the scheduling and booking department; and the installation crew that did the field work flawlessly. Would highly recommend for windows replacement and plan to use Loyal Seal again for patio door and front door replacement next year. Thank you so much guys.

The only downside was that their van broke down as they arrived to do the job, and they had to postpone for a day. But they were efficient, tidy, cheerful and did an excellent job of installing.

We used this company to replace a garden door leading to our deck, and were completely satisfied with their work. The following Spring, we had them back to replace the windows in the front of the house. On both occasions, the work was done on time, professionally and they cleaned up after themselves. We were satisfied to the point that they are back again this year to do some more of our windows.
