the sales and installers were very professional, polite and good in timing, the area were cleaned after the work done. the price was reasonable the product quality is good, I had another window was installed by the same group three years ago.

They offered me a free estimate on my windows with a guaranteed quote for 2 years, and they even tell me to shop around with the quote because they want me to get the best price. There is no pushy sales and the best thing is that you’re not dealing with contractors directly as they have a separate department for customer service which shows you how much they truly care about their customers! Also, all their products are manufactured here in Canada! If you have any problems with your windows and doors, you should give them a call!

The only downside was that their van broke down as they arrived to do the job, and they had to postpone for a day. But they were efficient, tidy, cheerful and did an excellent job of installing.

I am a repeat customer of Loyal Seal. I had them do my windows in my previous home over 4 years ago. This time, I had them do a full house and 2 doors. Fair price, smooth process, product came as promised, good installation with minimal hassle and mess. I was present for the entire thing and observed, truly felt confident in the workmanship as the installers were clearly pro’s who knew what they were doing. They installed the new stuff with great care, and disposed of the old stuff for me, leaving my place pretty clean, just had to use the vacuum to clear some small debris, nothing major. All in all a good experience, far more responsible than many other companies that I have used for numerous other home improvement projects. Would use them again myself, would and have recommended to family and friends.
